Music Submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting music for consideration for inclusion in this film project, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Submission Does Not Guarantee Placement
Submitting music does not guarantee that your song will be selected or used in the film, trailers, promotional materials, or any related projects.
2. Ownership & Authority
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit the music, including all master recording rights, publishing rights, and any required permissions from songwriters, producers, featured artists, or copyright holders.
3. Original Content
All submitted music must be original or properly licensed. You agree that your submission does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Permission to Review
By submitting your music, you grant the production company permission to review, evaluate, and internally share your submission solely for the purpose of determining whether it is a good fit for the project.
5. Licensing Agreement Required
If your music is selected, no use of your music will occur until a separate written licensing agreement has been signed by all necessary parties. Placement in the film is subject to the terms of that agreement.
6. No Confidential Relationship
Music submissions are not confidential. The production company may already be developing or considering music that is similar in style, theme, or sound. Submission does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or confidential relationship.
Disclaimer:
All submitted music must be properly registered with a recognized organization, such as BMI or ASCAP, where applicable, and the artist must own or have the necessary rights to the music.
